inFocus this week is Jacob Mendrin, worksmart's Director of Construction. With 15+ years of experience in construction, Jacob leads our integrated worksmart teams of architects, designers and construction professionals. If you ask him, he will tell you he's encountered nearly every construction challenge there is. He is a quick thinker, budget and schedule wizard - all while formulating creative and innovative solutions.

When he isn't wrangling construction projects: "I am hanging out with my wife and two kids. You can find me at my daughter's soccer games cheering her on."
