At the Corner of Sepulveda & Manhattan Beach

Construction on the new Kinecta Federal Credit Union branch on the corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd. and Sepulveda Blvd. officially commenced as personnel from Kinecta Federal Credit Union, Tomaro Architecture, Beta Agency, and city officials joined worksmart design to break ground on the longtime Ride-Aid spot.

The site will be home to Kinecta’s flagship location and will include three retail tenants to activate an already busy commercial intersection. Kinecta CEO, Keith Sultemeier, said it best: “Nobody’s stepping up to develop this...[Kinecta’s] been here for decades and we wanted to be part of the solution.”

If that’s not serving the community, as Kinecta’s mission expresses, then we don’t know what does.
