Whether you’ve heard about Worksmart Design or not, it is a brand name and tagline all wrapped into one.

If there’s one thing learned from the past year, it’s how to be resilient in times of challenges. And for those companies and individuals who have been able to rise above those challenges, they’ve had to pivot and redirect their energies and strategies to bouncing back - a strategy that we as a company have always been proud of. At Worksmart, we decided to use this opportunity to expand our team, flex our creative muscle, work strategically and confidently - all while strengthening our brand identity.

In the end, an enhanced visual identity, website experience, and social media profiles were created to showcase our work and to communicate the values within them. At the heart of packaging all of this, we try to achieve a balance between aesthetics and pragmatics, because we believe that identity should have lasting value. 

At Worksmart, we are a team of passionate, talented professionals who believe intelligent, beautifully-designed spaces inspire people – and inspired people create value. 

We are empathetic to our clients and the work they seek to do, and we do this by always knowing who they genuinely are and embodying it in our collaborations. We don’t create and design after signing contracts. We build a relationship and learn more about how we can fit into their world and then hit the ground running.

We know that the future of our firm relies on the strength of our team. Our website is a step towards shaping the future of the firm. Worksmart is continuously adapting and providing new ways to approach projects and meet our client’s demands. Each one of us brings something to the table and we celebrate of our unique qualities and talents. 

A new website achieves a balance of design with pragmatics. Our landing page is dynamic and will help to create and enhance a visual story of our projects. Imagery and moving pictures help to enhance the user experience. We also use it as a platform to celebrate our Southern California heritage. We take pride in creating jobs and helping to boost our economy, and we riff off our L.A. roots by showcasing local and recognizable landmarks as we focus on our team members. The updated site includes changes to navigation, with dropdown menus for both mobile and desktop versions. We’ve also improved the structure of our content. We wanted our content to be informative, to tell a story the way we would tell it, all packaged in a simple editorial format. When you land on our page, we want you to experience the site.

There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes too. Our Blog becomes the home for what inspires us and a springboard to conversation. We are influenced by architecture, art, performance, literature and everyday life. And we let our worksmart team sit at the steering wheel because we encourage self-expression. 

In addition to our website, we have also created platforms In for engaging and extending conversations with visitors who click on our social media pages (Instagram and LinkedIn). While our boots are on the ground, our ears and eyes are wide open. We have a finger on the pulse of new topics, ideas and conversations, but we also celebrate what inspires us and what keeps us learning every single day.
