inFocus is Marcelo Del Valle, Worksmart Sr. Job Captain. Marcelo brings over 35 years of architecture/interiors experience to Worksmart. His knowledge ranges from field surveys, space planning, construction documents, city permitting, Boma/plumbing calculations, QC, coordination with engineers and vendors, to final moving-in punch walks. He takes personal care and commitment to everything he does.

What does Marcelo do when he isn’t leading construction projects?: "I like to take mini-vacations with my wife to different types of cities from big sprawling metropolises to abandoned ghost towns. When we’re not traveling, we try to stay active by going out on date nights, roller skating, jet skiing, being active in sports, photography, and spending time with my two daughters and four grandkids."
